Smile?
:O :O :O
Okay so this is a lil delayed...
But this is major news!
I have been blind for years people.
Here I was convinced that the song Smile by Lily Allen,
was THE happiest, carefree, lighthearted songs on the planet.
Turns out I couldn't be more wrong :(
I have been decieved by Miss Lily Allen.
The upbeat and catchy tune masks the true depressing shade of the lyrics.
She isn't singing of butterflies and buttercups, as the drifty, boppy sounds convince you.
She is expressing her true bitterness about her ex who is a cheater.
The worst part. The chorus (which you have to admit is like the happiest thing you've ever heard) was optimistic in my previous ignorance, my world has been turned upside down... now I find that it's about being happy that someone is crying :(
I hate it when people cry!
This sucks.
Moral of the story: DON'T WRITE DECEPTIVE SONGS!!!
Now I have no idea what a happy song is :(

Hello, Reality
Yesterday the 24th day in april, 2010...
I had a MAJOR relaity check.
So started out a normal day, I went to work. Came home, helped the mother with the usual saturday shopping.
Later that afternoon, father asked me if i'd like to do a bit of driving practise.
Of course, I said.
Since I'm on my 1st phase Learner's, I've only had 2 official driving lessons with a proper instructor, but I've driven on main roads and that already.
So this time, dad decides we'll drive to the school, all is dandy!
On the way back we decided to go the Edgewater Dr. to Ocean Reef Rd. way and...well i'll show you!

Soooo... if you can't interpret my crappy drawing. I got rammed by a huge Land Cruiser.
Didn't really end well. See for yourself...

Daddy was amazingly calm and collected, it got dealt wih well :)
Unfortunately, car missing is gunna be an inconvenience :(
But no-one was hurt...which is the main thing.
Being pushed 3 more metres onto ocean reef road and who knows what could've happened. Thank God I know how to work the brakes.
And to the stupid idiot that had a glitch in his eyesight and chose to ignore the obviously existing car that was waiting for a big enough gap...Thanks for nothing!!!
Hope everyone elses weekend was as exciting as mine.
Peace out
